Advance Medical Acupuncture
Medical Acupuncture (Dry Needling) involves inserting fine needles for a therapeutic effect.
Dry needling is one of the most effective therapy to treat muscle restrictions and trigger points. This therapy also has “huge positive feedback” in sport patients where the fibre muscles response is quick and durable.

Electro Muscular Stimulation
Electrical muscle stimulation, called E-stim, uses special devices to send electrical impulses through the skin to target nerves or muscles.
There are a few types of electrical muscle stimulation. The most common forms include transcutaneous electric nerve stimulation (TENS) and electrical muscle stimulation (EMS).
TENS and EMS involve applying electrodes to the skin near an affected muscle to send an electrical current to the area. This current causes rhythmic muscle contractions.
An early form of electrical muscle stimulation dates back to the first century. A Roman doctor found that patients with gout experienced a decrease in pain after exposure to an electrical shock.
In the early 18th centuryTrusted Source, doctors used devices to deliver electrical shocks to treat various conditions. Electrical muscle stimulation units continued to evolve through the years into modern devices and technology.
Deep Tissue
Techniques used to reduce mild to high muscle tension related to sports & exercise, work related posture issues or specific muscular injuries. Working deeper into the muscle fibres this technique is used to relieve chronic muscle tension with medium pressure and working along the muscle fibres.
MET and PNF
There are 2 types of active and passive stretches for sports injuries relating to muscle tightness. The combined stretching of a muscle to the point of tightness, the tensing of the muscle held for a few seconds and then released, allows the muscle to be stretched further which releases overworked muscles and stretches the fibres back to their original length. This method of stretching muscles is particularly beneficial for people who do a lot of exercise using the same muscles such as runners.
